Where are you based?

Our cosmetics laboratory is located in Toronto, Canada, where we develop and perfect our products.  

We sometimes collaborate with global partners on select specialty items and packaging, combining international expertise with our commitment to quality.  

Our offices in Tampa, FL and North York, Ontario provide operational support and resources.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Three years.  Our products are crafted with natural ingredients, so they are made in small batches to preserve their freshness. They should be stored in a cool, dry place with their tops on to maintain their freshness.

Where are your products shipped from?

Canada and the United States. 

 

When will I get my order? 

Most orders made before Friday are dispatched with shipping carriers over the weekend. You will receive a tracking number once your items have been shipped. Some orders may have multiple shipments with different delivery dates.

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • For orders shipped to Canada, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
  • For orders shipped to the United States, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
  • For international orders, please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

A tracking number will be provided for every order. We encourage you to refer to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimate the delivery date.

Why does your logo chip off some of your products?

With our environmentally-conscious approach, the ink used for most of our product labeling is biodegradable, which may lead to chipping or fading.
